Votre rôle
Ownership or support on creation of deliverables (System Design and Installation, Platform configuration, Orchestrator deployment, Bot Development and Production Deployment following testing process)
Support on proposals/projects technical architecture blueprints based on software vendor’s specifics (UI Path/ Automation Anywhere)
Develop scalable solution for RPA using UI Path/ Automation Anywhere POCs, configure platform as per data mapping and value streams.
Flexibility to work with different Software solutions (UI Path/ Automation Anywhere/ Intelibot / Kryon)
Proficient in BPM Tools like , Ishikawa , FMEA , Poka Yoke Etc Liaise directly with consulting team to obtain all relevant technical information for successful design, process and technical validation & project delivery. Support on site or remote migration for complex solutions/environments, as required. The activities also involve maintenance development and enhancement work for the platform that manage configuration of bots. Consistently deliver high quality billable technical service to existing and new clients ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained or improved. Stay abreast of technical, issues, options and advancements within the internetworking industry relevant to the Orange services portfolio. Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills ( English ) Knowledge of RPA tools and good understanding of RPA documentation including IPA, SDD, PDD, RPD, Infrastructure Documents, Solution Designing, and Artifacts Operational Handbook Knowledge of Visual Process discovery and auto mining and identifying the Automation Opportunity.

Education, qualifications, and certifications

Batchelor degree or higher in statistics, math,computer sience and ecomonics (or other relevant area), or equivalent relevant experience with a demonstrable commitment to self-development
ITIL v3 foundation certification
Financial background is a plus
Optional: CMM/CMMI, PMP or PgMP or Prince2 or MSP (or internal PM certifications), Six Sigma certifications

Experience

+ 10 years of customer facing experience in the telecom or IT industry
Experience in working in and international environment with geographically distributed teams.
Experience at developing, documenting and optimizing processes
Experience at communicationg and reporting to senior management
Experience in RPA & AI application

Mission / Role & Purpose

A professional who will be responsible to work on projects to develop and implement quality RPA solutions to address project business requirements.
The process starts with the collection and analysis of all pertinent data essential to understanding a client’s requirements, the assessment. Followed by the implementation of platform (UI Path, Automation Anywhere) depending on the assessment.
The role is to take responsibility for solution design and development inclusive of the underlying technical architecture, delivery planning and representation of that solution as required
