New Business Director

ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of our Business Development Director is to grow the business across the SSA region, taking charge of building relationships and business opportunities with key customers, mostly international mobile operators with strong foothold in the SSA market. This position is key to our organization and gives the opportunity to sit in the driving seat of our business growth.
Responsibilities include:
Develop, implement and own a customer-centric business development and market growth strategy for increasing sales and profits; ensuring consistent, profitable growth in revenue
Generate new business, identifying and developing new customers, and meeting with clients to close deals
Generate revenue across all verticals of our business, handling the entire sales life cycle.
Identify and set ambitious revenue targets for the region, accomplishing short and long-term results through achievement of KPIs
