OBJECTIFS

La consultance consistera à préparer, animer trois ateliers de consultation régionale et à élaborer les rapports de ces ateliers. Un appui du consultant est attendu dans la conduite des ateliers nationaux de l’analyse des risques climatiques et des goulots d’étranglement.

RESULTATS ATTENDUS

Une approche méthodologique de conduite des ateliers de concertation régionale est développée et validée ;

Trois ateliers de concertation régionale à Kairouan (02 novembre), Tabarka (09 novembre) et Hammamet (16 novembre), sont conduits et les rapports élaborés et partagés

Un appui technique est apporté à l’équipe de SIWI pour la préparation et la conduite des ateliers nationaux (24 octobre et 23-25 novembre à Hammamet

LIEU

Au moins 1 consultant(e) national(e) avec 5 missions à Hammamet, Tabarka, Kairouan.

Facilitation des discussions de groupes et contribution à l’élaboration du rapport de l’atelier sur l’analyse des aléas climatiques en lien avec le secteur Eau, Hygiène et Assainissement sous le lead de SIWI Méthodologique de conduite de trois ateliers de concertation régionale 1 semaine 30%

Trois rapports des ateliers de concertation régionale 4 Semaines

Co-facilitation de l’atelier de l’analyse des goulots d’étranglement et contribution au rapport de l’atelier WASHBAT 1 Semaine 70%

Profile de l’équipe de consultants recherchés :

Master en Environnement, Hydraulique ou sciences sociales ;

Expérience professionnelle :

1. Expérience avérée 10 ans dans la conduite des concertations, animation de conférence, etc ;

2. Expérience et connaissance avérée des réalités du secteur de l’eau, l’hygiène et assainissement ainsi que du paysage climatique de la Tunisie ;

3. Expérience et connaissances avérées en rédaction de rapports, exemple à partager.

Compétences clefs :

1. Avoir un bon esprit de synthèse et d’excellentes capacités oratoires ;

2. Avoir une bonne capacité de travail en équipe ;

3. Avoir une bonne compréhension et connaissances des droits des enfants, de la dimension genre, l’égalité de sexes ;

4. Être rigoureux, efficace et autonome dans son travail.

Langues : Parler et écrire parfaitement le français et l’arabe, connaissance de l’anglais serait un atout.

Individuals engaged under a consultancy or individual contract will not be considered “staff members” under the Staff Regulations and Rules of the United Nations and UNICEF’s policies and procedures, and will not be entitled to benefits provided therein (such as leave entitlements and medical insurance coverage). Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants and Individual Contractors. Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.

The selected candidate is solely responsible to ensure that the visa (applicable) and health insurance required to perform the duties of the contract are valid for the entire period of the contract. Selected candidates are subject to confirmation of fully-vaccinated status against SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) with a World Health Organization (WHO)-endorsed vaccine, which must be met prior to taking up the assignment. It does not apply to consultants who will work remotely and are not expected to work on or visit UNICEF premises, programme delivery locations or directly interact with communities UNICEF works with, nor to travel to perform functions for UNICEF for the duration of their consultancy contracts.
