The reason is my job experience and my background of Education are very related to my job because I served for many years in Oromiya police criminal investigation and keeping human rights and I also served in Haramaya University Ethiopia for seven years as a gender equality safety and security Directorate then for nine years I served woreda police manager and head of the crime investigation leader then my education also I have Law degree and masters of peace and development studies; masters of social psychology in addition management degree I have two masters and two degrees with 25 years related job experience then if I get a chance to win this vacancy I can confidently serve and sows fruitful result for the organization
