| Description du poste : | Act as back - up to Manager in performing operation duties. Provide support to operations Manager as required. Update internal operation procedures document as needed. Coordinate with Manager to schedule team meeting and to provide follow – ups. Support Manager in managing and resolving operational issues. Participate in customer meeting and distribute minutes of meeting to the operations team. Sort and distribute mails to respective personnel. Store file and retrieve corporate documents and reports as and when needed. Manage incoming and outgoing letters and packages.. Administrate the project including accurate, effective and efficient project document control and reporting to the HO Coordinate the logistic and content organization of a series of project meetings, trainings and events Provide logistic support as well as facilitation support during the meetings and charge of documentation and dissemination of meeting results Develop and implement the communication strategy for the project together with the project partners and the communication department of the International Office Successfully managed the health checkup project. The purpose of the project is to reduce morbidity and mortality related to malaria and typhoid among sponsored children from primary and secondary school with a Budget of 22 000 000 F CFA over a period of one month with 4752 beneficiaries, 95% success rate Participate in the recruitment process for sponsored children in Good Neighbors Successfully managed the Gamal community school construction project: monitoring of activities on site evaluate the progress of activities according to the contact term. Actively participate in APR ( Annual Progress Report) Assist the operation team in the development and implementation of community project |
