In this role you will
- Work with architects and technical specialist to translate technical requirements and statistical performance data into solutions which support and/or improve the operation of the technical environment.
- Creates and maintains technical specifications and processes using structured analysis and data modelling techniques.
- Performs calculations, interdependency analysis and prioritization exercises related to systems changes.
- Collaborates with project teams to manage system interdependencies.
- Identifies the cause of technical issues as part of project.
implementation and daily operations based on analysis of performance data.
- Manages vendors and internal stakeholders in accordance to SLA's and deliverables.
- Performs monitoring of all solution elements of the technical environment to identify issues and assist in timely resolution of same.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible of create, compile clean and process data from different sources..
Lead, facilitate, own and contribute towards Automation Team roadmap.
Develop strategic and long-term plans for relevant stakeholders.
Work closely with other functions to identify new automation opportunities.
Support the organization to achieve goals through process automation.
Set and generate KPI’s.
Build a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Drives cost reductions within the function through Data Insights and Automations.
Key Tasks:
Create and execute advanced analytics towards productivity optimizations.
Data gathering, clean up and processing (automated)
Self-start initiatives to manage and improve Automation pipeline.
Control and Manage data produced from automated processes.
Ensure Project Pipeline is developing, and milestones being achieved.
Be responsible for incident follow-up, root cause analysis and documentation.
Ensures adherence to all Health & Safety procedures. Be proactive in the raising of potential H&S issues and the development of personal safety awareness
Who we are looking for
5+ years of control system working experience in PLC based controls design, development, implementation and support.
Experience in Siemens PLC (S7-300)control level issue diagnosis.
AutoCAD work experience on control layout design and schematic
Database’s knowledge is recommended.
Experience with Robotic Process Automation.
Self-motivated and customer-centric.
Agile way of working (SCRUM/KANBAN)
100% Data driven.
Experience working with Data Analytics with code (Python, Pandas or R Studio).
Analytical, technical skills and competencies.
Demonstrated leadership and continuous improvement mindset.
Proficient performance management skills.
Communication skills both verbal and written in English.
Articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.
