Profil du candidat
Due to the diversity of the players, the contractual and operational contexts and the geographical locations involved, this job requires:

- Degree in law

- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar position within the renewable energy industry,

- A firm personal commitment, organizational abilities, initiative and people skills,

- Fluent in Spanish and English,

- Ability to work independently and as a team,

- Good interpersonal and strong communication skills with high analytical skills a willingness to challenge others. Good listener.

- Pragmatic, you will have to be attentive; flexible and must be able to adapt quickly to the context and to complex and varied.

Activités
In accordance with existing Spanish laws and the internal norms already adopted, the Compliance Correspondent carries out and/or organizes the various actions necessary to the deployment, on an on-going basis, of the Programme within the company and ensures its implementation. This requires in particular:

- implementing a Programme for the subsidiary in accordance with the company rules and directives;

- presenting and promoting this Programme and the dedicated organization to all operational and functional entities of the company;

- circulating the various internal rules and regulations adopted (once they have been transcribed into the GRP -Gas, Renewable & Power- referential) and ensuring their application;

- performing the duties imposed by such policies, norms and métier procedures or recommendations, including the due diligence tasks that are required therein;

- alerting the Compliance Officer of any violation of the rules and/or any incident of corruption that comes to his attention, and keeping the Compliance Officer abreast of the status of the case;

- providing assistance within the different departments of the subsidiary on the directive, the procedures and local rules;

- in coordination with the Compliance Officer, the Compliance Correspondent promote the training tools (including e-learning) and awareness-heightening and training actions required by the Programme, and monitoring performance indicators giving the participation levels within the company.

- ensuring the follow-up and monitoring of GRP/REN/AC/MER/ES’s actions to determine whether the local Programme, the directive and norms are being followed properly;

- establishing and maintaining a secure and detailed archiving/document conservation system, in particular of the due diligence documentation, according to the company rules;

- in liaison with the BCO team, the local Legal Affairs Department and with external counsel as necessary, maintaining up to date information on the legal situation regarding Anti-Corruption laws, rules, and regulations which are applicable, and communicating this information to the CO;

- reporting periodically on his/her activities to the Compliance Officer; maintaining the necessary statistical data (in required format) in order to accomplish these reporting requirements.

The Compliance Programme is part of a reinforcement of the company Integrity policy and aims to address changes in and tightening of international conventions and regulations and national laws and their enforcement.
