Summary:
The work schedule for this position is: Full Time 40 hours per week.
Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (4 weeks) of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or his/her candidacy may end.

Duties
Basic Function of the Position – The person in this position assists the Consular Officer with collection of biometrics and also performs administrative tasks, such as correspondence and website maintenance. This position will also coordinates fraud prevention activities and updates cases in the online Fraud Prevention system, corresponds with other posts on fraud inquiries, and assists with fraud investigations. Must be able to secure a top-secret level security clearance.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: One year of administrative experience in a position, involving contact with the public is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Understanding of USG policies related to the area of consular/visa operations is required. Must have basic understanding of the Host Country laws as relates to adoption, immigration etc.
Education Requirements:
High school/secondary schooling completion is required
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Level IV (fluent) English is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Essential: Tact and excellent judgment in dealing with the general public is required. Sensitivity in evaluating evidence and applying complex regulations correctly is required. Accuracy in drafting, typing, and word processing for reports and correspondence is required. Computer literacy is required. Keyboard skills required for data entry and accuracy and speed are essential. These may be tested.
