In this role you will be able to contribute to the growth of the business of Maersk. You will also get strong commercial sales experience working with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver the volume from assigned customer portfolio

• Ensure a positive customer experience by ensuring that rates, commitments, free time and credit is filed according to agreement

• Be the primary contact point for the customers for price requests. Assisting in ensuring that rate negotiations are completed and advised to all relevant parties as soon as agreement has been reached and confirmed by the customer

• Support the account manager in executing the annual tenders

• Ensure timely payments from the customer and settle disputes

• Coordinate between the customer and internal departments, ensuring customer requests are routed to the right stakeholders and resolved

• Stay up to date on operational performance and pro-actively communicate with customer around major issues

Who we are looking for?
• We are looking for a motivated, persistent and analytically skilled Customer Success Partner to be part of managing the relationship with some of our largest customers.

• Customer first mindset: You are good at forming relationship and able to understand the customers requirement and turn these into solutions. You understand the value the customer brings to Maersk and are able to find and implement solutions that are mutually beneficial to the customer and Maersk.

• Sales support experience

• Experience in logistics is an advantage

• Good understanding of the market and the products

• Good communication skills

• Ability to listen, understand and influence

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a constantly changing environment

• High levels of accuracy and the ability to maintain data

• Fluent in English and Arabic
