We want committed, values driven staff to join our Dublin team and are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (Fundraising) to be part of our Development & Fundraising department.

Our office is located in Dublin 2 and we are currently working a hybrid model (50% remote working) and offer flexi time.

The job: Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing (Fundraising) & Innovation, the Digital Marketing Manager (Fundraising) will work closely with internal stakeholders across the Development and Fundraising Team & Communications team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the rollout out our digital strategy and take ownership of the planning, execution, analysis and evaluation of the performance of digital activations. This will involve working towards hard and soft targets including revenue, donations, leads etc in Ireland and internationally.

If you join us, this is what you will be doing:

Digital Marketing & Fundraising

Driving the roll out of our digital strategy and all digital fundraising activity to deliver on acquisition and retention initiatives. Key focus on delivering our growth ambitions against revenue, development, engagement, brand metric and lead targets.
Planning and executing campaigns and digital activations with internal colleagues and agency partners. This includes ensuring creative best practices, making decisions on copy and content, channels, audiences, pricing, briefing etc.
Analysis and forecasting, helping to set targets and monitor for delivery to budgets and plans. Conducting marketing, audience and competitive audits/research.
Reporting on the performance of activity and identifying and implementing optimizations.
Driving the success of new product launches and innovation initiatives as required, including identifying product optimizations and new product opportunities.
Planning and supporting on lead generation and community fundraising initiatives.
Identifying and planning testing initiatives and reporting back on their performance and appropriate optimizations and next steps.
Monitoring channel activity and getting hands on with partners to identify and make optimizations across all digital channels including the likes of paid search, SEO, Paid Social etc.
Collaborate on and co-develop emails, landing pages, checkout flows, lead gen forms, marketing assets etc. in particular working closely with the web team on CRO, content projects and SEO.
Reviewing media plans, platforms and reports to dive into performance and provide feedback to partners ensuring value is being driven and targets are being met.
Participation in working groups focused on delivering digital projects.
Acting as a leading voice on digital marketing best practices, training and education.
Support the Head of Digital Fundraising & Innovation as required.
Audience Segmentation & Journey Best Practices

Deliver initiatives to identify supporter journeys which maximise supporter lifetime value to Concern.
Collaborate and co-develop journeys with marketing colleagues to drive nurture, engagement and revenue driving best practices.
Drive the development of automated journeys in collaboration with the Development Team.
Pursue a mandate for test and learn initiatives across owned and paid channels and audiences identifying key segments, journeys and messaging to drive against objectives.
Analyse results and deep dive into performance to identify new journey opportunities and optimizations.
Working cross collaboratively with the Corporate & Major Donor Team and the Development Team to advise on audience management business rules, with the objective of increasing lifetime value per supporter.
Reviewing competitor activity and industry best practices for benchmarks and new opportunities.

Skills you will bring:

5+ digital marketing or digital marketing, fundraising or agency experience with a track record of delivering to targets/KPIs and building online capacity across key digital channels including Web & SEO, Google Ads, paid social, video, display etc.
A degree (or equivalent) in fundraising, digital marketing or business studies, CIM certified ideal.
Demonstrated history of working on CRO programmes or AB testing initiatives.
Experience of working with agile conversion-oriented optimization workflows. Knowledge of Hotiar, VWO or equivalent.
End user experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Dotdigital, Hubspot etc.
Ability to work with reporting and web platforms such as PowerBI, Google Analytics 4 etc.
Experience working with media agencies to plan and optimize digital campaigns and track record of delivering best practices with clear understanding of how digital integrates into wider marketing plans.
Experience working as an end user with ecommerce platforms such as the likes of Drupal or Shopify would be an added benefit.
A track record of working across digital strategies and user/crm journey mapping and segmentation.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Confident at interpreting complex data and drawing out insights for business growth and optimization.
Experience delivering forecasting, KPI’s, measurable output and financial results.
Excellent project management, communication and people skills.
An interest in and commitment to the work of Concern.
Confidence in pitching ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
The salary is from €54,500 - €62,286 (Band 5). This is an initial 3 year contract with the aim of shifting to a permanent position.
