The equipment technician has responsibility for general maintenance, repair, and service of equipment within the facility. Serves as liaison between management and contracted services that perform extensive electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic repairs or upgrades to material handling and sortation equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a proper HSSE regulations and ensure compliance
Assist in all maintenance tasks, regular repairs, upgrade and ensure the safety of the Machinery within the yard
Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to our Values and safety within our industry
Examines mechanical and electrical equipment to diagnose, troubleshoot, and performs repairs as necessary
Maintain a clean, neat, and organized Machines Garage area
Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems
Developing and implementing technical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns
Report any malfunctions and any technical issue immediately to Technical Manager
Training co-workers on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment
Monitor inventory and order new parts when necessary
Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records
Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and manuals
Provide Daily, Monthly technical report on day-to-day activities performed
Participation in ongoing training opportunities
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

We are looking for
High School Diploma/ Or Degree or equivalent
5-7 years related experience and equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to perform full maintenance of Heavy-duty Machinery like a forklift, RS, EH machinery with clamp attachment (expert in servicing KONE CRANE Machinery will be most considered)
Should have good problem solving skills
Should be able to communicate clearly in writing and speaking
Should be able to work independently as well as in a team
Must be reliable with maintaining work schedules and prioritizing workload
