As FinOps Associate, you will deliver customer promise related to timeliness and accuracy of invoicing in addition to ensuring the suppliers are paid for the services offered as per contractual obligations, timely and accuracy of job costing is the principal responsibility of this role. Further, this role is also required to induce, implement, and measure compliance and controls as required by relevant policies of the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the Sales & Purchase Contract & Pricing
Accountable for customer Invoicing accuracy & Timeliness
Monitor customers SOA and handle the outstanding collection
Ensure flawless PO creation/approval and good reception for an on-time settlement of vendors invoices.
Follow-up with Finance on expenses requests and ensure that all supporting documents are timeously transmitted to them.
Create transparency for the contribution margin on a job / shipment/Material level.
Determine the costs of services and assist the site lead on their pricing.
Supplier and Customer dispute handling
Timeously closes jobs to ensure that accurate contributions profit margin per job is captured in the system and collectively at month end.
Implement and measure control and compliance processes as required by company’s policies

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in international Trade, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting
Accounting knowledge related to job Costing Revenue (RR logic) & Cost (GR/IR)/ Financial acumen, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Operational Financial Savvy (Selling rate. Buying rate, Gross Profit calculation, dispute handling and resolution).
Knowledge in Logistics and Services operations.
High learning curve and ability to work under pressure
