Purpose of the OCD Central Controlling team

· Coordinate the management cycle of OCD Group and ensure its quality, timeliness and respect of Orange Group requirements.

· Delivering Management reporting towards Orange Group, OCD Management and OCD Global Units with objective that financial information is accurate and shared in a concise and timely manner

· Support local Finance controlling teams with preparation of Financial reporting.

· Ensure financial information referential, tools and processes are shared across OCD Group liaising with OB and Group.

FP&A Controller Role

The FP&A controller will work as part of the OCD Central Controlling team with the following missions:

· Management cycle, with responsibility to run forecasting cycle (Rolling Forecast, Budget) with Improvement of rolling forecast process and reliability of the outcome.

· Consolidation of relevant Financial & Operational KPIs (Sales KPIs, Secured revenue, activity rates) relevant for the production of the Management Reporting.

· OCD Group Management reporting: preparation of reporting towards OCD Management board and Orange Group.

· Support of Country controllers through the execution of the management cycle.

· Reporting automation: in collaboration with the Central controlling team, reassess and improve the finance databases and reporting structure with the objective to increase automation and improve support to stakeholders (country controllers, units management).

· Orange Group Managing cycle: by ensuring the reconciliation and the proper booking of the OCD Intercompany flows

Profile
OCD is seeking an experienced Controlling Manager, with ideally a relevant experience in international, complex organisations requiring to partner with multiple internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong business and financial acumen, an ability to develop positive collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and would have a good technical competence into financial data and reporting automation.

Qualifications
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance / Audit / Controlling with a mix of data and business partnering competence.
· Experience in building business plans and advanced analysis to support management decision making.
· Rigorous in the analysis and effectively conveying financial information in a way that is understandable and actionable for non-financial stakeholders.
· Willingness to be an actor of change, to support Ora
