A.P. Maersk Benin is looking for an Inland Execution Agent in Cotonou. This position would involve taking responsibility for the management of Inland deliveries in BENIN /NIGER and all product offers in TbM, the adequate follow-up on job performance and the assurance that the timeline propositions to customers are achieved.

Main Responsibilities:
Managing day to day execution tasks.
Transport planning with documentation readiness.
TrakIT and Kewill daily update.
Cargo Tracking & Tracking report.
Work consistently to reduce the cost and remain competitive on both quality and cost.
Operational invoices validation.
Manage vendors according to demand.
Work with CX and Sales to reduce churn and expedite new and additional business conversion.
Constantly feed timely to rest of the organization.
Key Requirements:
2 years of experience in logistics and Operation Management.
Strong background Inland Operation.
Fluent French and Conversational English is a Must.
Stakeholder management Skills and Experience.
Good Knowledge of Supply chain.
Excellent knowledge of MS Package and especially MS Excel.
Good Reporting and Documentation Skills.
Port experience is an advantage.
High sense of urgency.
Knowledge of the local market.
Entrepreneur mindset to quickly convert impacts into business opportunities.
Ability to operate successfully in a complex environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders across several levels
Good communication skills.
