UNICEF works in some of the world’s toughest places, to reach the world’s most disadvantaged children. To save their lives. To defend their rights. To help them fulfill their potential.

Across 190 countries and territories, we work for every child, everywhere, every day, to build a better world for everyone.

And we never give up.

For every child, a champion

The task of UNICEF in Croatia is to ensure that each child gets the support they need to reach their full potential. The goal of the five years’ partnership between the Government of the Republic of Croatia and UNICEF is to increase the quality of life for the most vulnerable children in Croatia. For more information on UNICEF Croatia programmes and impact, please visit our website at http://www.unicef.hr/.

UNICEF Croatia is transitioning from its legacy donor management system, Donor Perfect Online (DPO) to a leading supporter (donor, volunteer, digital follower) management system -- Salesforce technology-based CRM.  Salesforce technology will help UNICEF in laying a foundation for a network of millions of supporters who will take action for children. A new CRM system will help enhance UNICEF’s ability to better manage contacts, enhance advocacy, marketing, and engagement strategies with personalized content, better its development and fundraising approaches, make decisions based on enhanced analytics, and count on a solid infrastructure and security system to attract and cultivate donors, volunteers, and digital followers. It will also integrate smoothly with the ecosystem of UNICEF's applications and enterprise architecture to serve “one truth” of data and business intelligence across the organization.
