Responsabilidades principais
Support daily safety management system within local/ archetype terminal warehouses.
Undertake regular safety walks and warehouse inspections.
Observe the provisions of the relevant SCCT policies and procedures.
To undertake all duties and responsibilities in accordance with SCCT Code of Conduct.
Assist in setting material requirements planning data and related analysis.
Assist in monitor global Warehouse and Inventory statistics and KPIs, preparing related reports.
Following the pending POs & material flow reports with Proc. Dep.
Monitor warehouse OPEX and CAPEX plan progress.
Tabulating and checking Inventory statistical data.
Assist in forecasting inventory requirements for coming periods.
Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.
Contribute to the continuous improvement process to meet business objectives.
Assist and sustain the criticality, preservation and obsolescence standards for spare parts, materials and equipment held with the Stores inventory management.
Ensure clear communication with both internal and external clients.
Build collaborative relationships with associated divisions and external parties.
Follow warehouse equipment and facilities readiness and certified.
Implement and fully utilize accurate spare parts costing standards and reports.

Estamos procurando por
College degree appropriate to the role in the terminal / archetype locality.
Minimum 2 years experience in an operational asset management or inventory management related environment.
Practical, analytical mindset.
Structured, driven, self-motivating and result orientated.
Highly disciplined – following through on actions and ensuring necessary documentation.
High quality awareness and ability to work with constant care.
Sensitive to cultural diversity and experience in a multicultural environment, with respect to employees, local authorities and other stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence.
Good written English and verbal communication.
The incumbent requires a very high degree of ethical standards.
Driving License is preferred.
