Summary: The work schedule for this position is: Part-time intermittent (irregular - WAE - When Actually Employed).

Duties
Basic Function of the Position – Reports to the Human Resources (HR) Office and escorts non-cleared personnel and outside contractors into Controlled Access Areas (CAA) and/or non-CAA for the performance of duties. As needed, provides roving, temporary clerical and/or functional assistance to offices/sections within the Mission. Top Secret is required for this position.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: One year clerical experience is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Must be familiar with USG regulations and security procedures. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Education Requirements: US High School diploma is required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Level IV English fluency (written and spoken) is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Basic keyboard skills and computer literacy (this may be tested). Ability to remain alert at all times and uses judgment in reporting questionable or suspicious activity is required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, often at short notice is required. Well-developed interpersonal skills are required.

The certification letter should be on letterhead of the appropriate military branch of the service and contain (1) the military service dates including the expected discharge or release date; and (2) the character of service.
